As a coach, I guide others in crafting meaningful careers that align with their values and visions for how they want to contribute to the world. My approach is grounded in my beliefs that people are innately creative and capable of change, and that our introspection and self-discovery are powerful vehicles for shaping resonant careers. 

I blend my professional experience in strategy and adult learning & development to provide a safe space that facilitates thoughtful reflection and growth. While the goals of coaching engagements are unique to each client, I seek to help clients connect more authentically with themselves to turn possibilities into meaningful action, and ultimately, impact. To facilitate clarity, I also often bring strategic frameworks, tools, and other exercises rooted in principles from design thinking, psychology, marketing, and education.
